Even in a declining market, there is still money to be made, you just have to ensure you get the deal at the right price! We had a valuation done on the property, and with negotiation we got it for way below the valuation price which meant we could just on-sell as is, for a great profit.

When this deal was presented to us, we were not in a place to take on another deal, as we were pretty much committed in our other deals.

Through our great network of investors, we were able to secure the deal, and each investor in turns makes a great profit for this short deal!

Be adaptable. We changed our whole strategy due to the market conditions, to a lower renovation cost, to be sold at lower price, meaning more buyers, and a quicker turn around!
