Andrew Sweet
Andrew is an MBA graduate from the University of Adelaide, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate Member of the Institute of Public Accountants.
With an extensive background in senior financial management and business negotiations, Andrew has enjoyed the synergies of his professional background with that of property investing.
Living in Adelaide, Andrew has undertaken advanced training in property investment in New Zealand and, as a result, initially established a successful property portfolio and strong network in New Zealand, and has expanded investment to the United Kingdom and Australia.
Charl van Wyk
In the last few years Charl has invested into specialist property education and training. This training ensured a better understanding of the investment markets, areas, strategies and numbers that work, enabling significant property activity in both the UK and New Zealand.
By the end of 2018, Charl was selected to be part of a team of property investor specialists that share their experience across Australia and New Zealand, to assist other, ordinary people to reach their financial goals, through property investment.
He has been actively investing in properties in both the United Kingdom and New Zealand for over six years. He has recently also entered the Australian market where he will apply the same strategies to expand his personal portfolio and continue to generate strong financial returns through development opportunities.
Charl has utilised his strong interpersonal skills to build a substantial network of property specialists, enabling him direct access to elite property investors and opportunities across Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
