This was a deceased estate deal. We purchased this one bed flat, and converted a existing second living room into a second bedroom, and replaced the whole interior.

As part of the living arrangements, we moved the bathroom the the Kitchen, and moved the kitchen to an open plan living room.

This unit was then revalued to a great value, and we were able to get all our money out of this deal, meaning infinite returns.

Our initial tenant was a long term tenant.
